You are suffering from premature expectations. It is NOT Black Friday until NEXT WEEK!

Not black friday yet, but our sales halved on the 23rd and have not recovered as of today. Not sure what is going on. Cost per click on ads have been creeping up since the 19th, which makes me think others have created/increased ad spend. Impressions seem to be varying a lot day-to-day. ROAS is down but our ad spend is not. Wished Amazon had a way to see what your add lost to, maybe then I could get better insight as to why and address it.

When Amazon removes BUY BOX and suppress vast amounts of listings along with basically telling customers sellers on these listings with no buy box are horrible scum makes you not want to purchase anything its already bad enough you can have an item that goes from 300+ units a week to Buy Box removed and sell zero units a week or whatever was left in carts. This manipulation against sellers is horrible business practice likely in the grey area of what is legal! We have another item $19.71 we have buy box and $19.72 buy box is gone and item stops selling this is total BS!!

I happen to be up at 4am EST on black Friday and saw this.

13+ years on Amazon. When people think a deal will come, they buy nothing. Thanks Amazon.

It is simply "life on the river" get used to it.

Now, what we do this time of year, is prepare for the next year. Design new products, (or look for new ones, if that is your thing) and spend time with family.

Our slowest holiday season so far in 16 years in Amazon even though we added much more products on Amazon constantly , while our brick and mortar doing 2-3 times better. I know economy is bad ,especially past 2 years but in my opinion Amazon decided to make money on irrelevant clicks where we have no way to track who is clicking on our ads on what state or country and such. They ruined the search and removed the relevancy filter which skyrocketed the advertising costs on Amazon. This is basically Amazon itself doing and promoting click fraud within their terms to make it look like it is legal. However karma never fails so this kind of unethical business practice is not sustainable and one day or other they will face serious issues within. Even Amazon business team declined to answer about the relevancy filter being removed, which is a clear proof of they are fully aware that what they are doing is very unethical but want that easy click money. So those ads costs has to be added to the product then prices went up and with full of China based sellers flooding the search results, most of the sellers sales tanked and will continue to tank unless Amazon finally realize this issue and fix search results and bring back the relevancy filter. Otherwise my 6th sense telling me somewhere in the future they will face real serious issues.

It is now the height of the Christmas season. Boy, are we glad to be on other platforms. It isn't what it used to be for us. Now on the other hand our selling partner amazon seems to be doing just fine.
