How to Remove a Customer-Uploaded Photo from a Product Review
I recently had a customer who purchased my product and left a positive review, which I truly appreciate. However, they also uploaded a photo that doesn’t showcase the product in the best way. While I value their feedback, the image could give the wrong impression to future customers.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to request the removal of a customer-uploaded photo, or if this is even possible according to Amazon’s guidelines? I want to handle this situation delicately and professionally while adhering to Amazon’s policies.
Any advice or insights on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hello @Seller_NE3UNsc0AIfut,
Thanks for stopping by the forums. We appreciate your continued participation.
To be honest with you, there is little chance the partner team will remove the photo. It's an integral part of the product review. But, I love that you got a positive review.
