Expedited Shipping

Is Expedited shipping available as an option for buyers with FBA orders? I have it set in my shipping template but my buyers only get 14days delivery option. Please advise.

Selling thru FBA, you do not need any shipping plans because you are paying Amazon to do it all for you, so you don't have to.

It is true that once inventory is with Amazon via the FBA program, customers can order it from us, via expedited shipping if they so choose, so you don't have to worry about it. When you indicate buyers only get 14 days as a delivery option through FBA, is this specific to a certain ASIN or shipment? I would recommend opening a support case to highlight the issue and sharing that case ID with me so I can take a closer look at the item specifics from my view!
