Subject: Urgent Help Needed: Amazon Listing Suspended Despite Compliance
I'm in need of your expertise. I sell adult earrings and recently faced a compliance issue with Amazon. Here's the timeline:
Last Month: Received a compliance notice from Amazon. Appealed, stating my products are for adults.
Appeal Outcome: Accepted, listing marked as approved.
This morning, I got a performance notification claiming my products violate Amazon's Children's Jewelry Policy. The listing is suspended with no immediate recovery option.
I've resubmitted an appeal, but Amazon says it'll take 5-7 days to review. I have a lot of inventory, and this delay is concerning.
I Need Advice:
Has this happened to anyone else?
What can I do while waiting for Amazon's decision?
Any tips to speed up the review or ensure a positive outcome?
I'm committed to compliance but am unsure how to handle this sudden issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your support.

Same scenario, and searching the forums it appears many jewelry sellers are impacted. Most successfully appealed the compliance request and received responses from Amazon support stating their product is NOT children's jewelry and therefore compliance documents are not needed.
But it seems like once the deadline is reached on the initial compliance request, even if it was successfully appealed, it is turning into a Restricted Policy Violation.
I had three violations come through last night and appealed them and included the case #'s of the successful compliance appeal, and all three were rejected.
The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing, and the Sellers are caught in the middle. Seller Support is no help. This is ridiculous!!!

A day has passed and it's still under review, which is very anxiety-inducing. Amazon mistakenly delisted my product but hasn't corrected this error. I kindly ask for the assistance of the forum administrators to expedite the restoration of my product page. My case ID is 15706435281.

I appreciate your providing this information, I have passed your feedback and concern as a whole to the appropriate teams for review. I have also looked into your case information, I do see that on a related case your information had been passed to another team for review, and is still pending completion. At this time we cannot move the review any further than it is, however I have requested an update. Should they provide any additional information on your situation I will follow up here with you.
