Request for Review Removal: FBA Refund Issue Not Related to Product
Dear Amazon,
I’m creating this discussion regarding a review that appears to violate Amazon’s Community Guidelines.
The review states:

Handles were beautiful, however I didn't care for knives. Returned. Received merchandise on Oct 28th. Still have yet to see refund. Amazon customer service said I'd have to wait 20 days. Misleading when they say you will be receive refund upon return, and still 3 weeks later there is no refund. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would not recommend.

While we empathize with the customers' frustration and understand the inconvenience they experienced, this review does not provide any feedback about the product itself. Instead, it is related to an Amazon refund issue unrelated to our product or service, especially since we use Amazon’s FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) for all our deliveries.
We have reported the review via the "Report" button next to it and sent an email to the Community Help team as well as submitted Case ID 16730986931 to Amazon for further review. However, the reviews are still visible, and we are concerned about the potential impact on the customer experience for our product.
According to Amazon’s Community Guidelines, reviews must focus on the product experience and should not discuss delivery issues. Given this, I kindly request another review of this feedback and its removal from our product listing.

Please note that you can also send email an to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
