AWD to FBA: Shipment Quantity Discrepancy
We are experiencing quantity discrepancies in shipments from AWD to FBA. We submitted an appeal, but We still haven’t received any responses.
The shipments with issues are: FBA18V0LHKC5
The case numbers We have submitted are: 17649072521
Please help me investigate this.
Also, in the future, can AWD provide proof of delivery so we can investigate?

I took a look at that Case ID and see it was recently filed and still pending review. I shared it with our AWD partner team to check for next steps.
