New to FBA – Looking for Tips and Advice from Experienced Sellers
Hi everyone,
I'm new to managing the FBA side of our Amazon store and wanted to reach out to the community for any advice, tips, or resources that helped you when you were just getting started.
I recently took over the role of handling our FBA shipments and backend processes, and while I've been learning as I go, I’d really appreciate any insights on things like:
- Best practices for creating and managing FBA shipments
- How to avoid common mistakes with labeling, packaging, or inventory management
- Tools or reports you rely on regularly
- What you wish you knew when you first started with FBA
Any feedback, do’s and don’ts, or resources (checklists, videos, blogs, etc.) would be super helpful.
Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really excited to learn and improve!

Take 4-5 weeks to learn how selling on Amazon has to be done:

And read the forum daily!

Hello @Seller_NDzRjQ4wO1c4u
Thanks for checking in with the forums about getting started with FBA.
Seller University: Intro to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)
Seller University has a lot of good information about the topics you mention.
Of course, the experience of other sellers is incredibly valuable, and I hope sellers share that with you.

Send case packs whenever you can because FBA incoming tends to miscount and relabel/mislabel things if there are mixed SKU boxes coming in, especially if the different skus looks similar to one another.
