Customer left a negative review because they are waiting for their money back but didn't even initiate a return and amazon support doesn't help. Does Amazon not care about customers leaving false negative reviews?
A customer left a 2 star review with "STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK" but hasn't even initiated a return. I contacted customer support, emailed the customer, and opened multiple cases and they say the same thing to just request removal and of course it isn't removed because it isn't against their policy. Is Amazon just going to let customers even other sellers leave negative feedback on our stores?
