FBM BUYBOX ELIGIBILITY ISSUES

Dear AMAZON,

On all fbm listings buybox eligibility is NO how can i make sales etc. . kindly help me regarding this issue

I have lost buy-box eligibility for more than 100% of my FBM listings even account metrics and health is ok . I contacted seller partner support and they are saying I need to improve my matrix. I do not know how much improvement I need when my account health is in a great condition. on all fbm listings buybox eligibility is NO how can i make sales etc . kindly help me regarding this issue

I have tried every possible means to get some answer from seller support but no success.

Please assist me in this regard.
