Between the exorbitant and unnecessary fees and now AI interference, it continues to get harder for American sellers on this platform everyday. We are fighting to compete with low cost low quality goods from other countries and now we are fighting a robot. A robot that Amazon has decided is better at making decisions for me about my own product than myself. Our sales have dropped since our titles have been changed. We get more and more powerless on this platform with no recourse as sellers. And the kicker is.... nobody cares. Customer service is just on the clock and Amazon is making so much money it doesn't care about sellers at this point.
