Anyone else having issues with the NEW return warning

Amazon has really messed up here. They added a new block warning saying; "Frequently returned itemCheck the product details and customer reviews to learn more about this item.".

Great, problem is now I have items coming back that were NEVER returned. One product we have sold for 25 years, retail, and on four site. Never had any returns. They add this nonsense, two returns this week.

Anyone having a similar issue here?
