Vital info tab missing

I am trying to look at the category for items in my seller central inventory and my account does not show me the vital info tab where this info is supposedly located. Is there a reason for this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is not normal not to see the Vital info tab in Seller Central. Please gather these details, and create a case with our Selling Partner Support team, so they can assist you:
- Your browser name and version
- Operative System (OS) and version
- The link to the page where you see this behavior
- Reproduction steps to get to the page with this behavior
- Screenshot of the error
