Unreasonable FBA Returns By Buyers

As an FBA seller, we constantly receive a large number of returns from buyers. The reasons for the returns are diverse, but the most common reason for each product's return is "unwanted item". May I ask, for FBA returns caused by the buyer's own reasons, do the buyers not need to bear the return shipping cost? That is to say, the shipping cost for the return is all borne by the seller. If so, is it unreasonable? Will it lead to an increase in invalid orders or even the occurrence of goods fraud? Another situation is that if the buyer exchanges the returned product, will the warehouse also directly initiate a refund?

Return reasons:

Unwanted item (31.7%)

Item is defective (20.6%)

I accidentally ordered the wrong item (12.7%)

Size too small/short (7.9%)
