Our ASIN was removed because some words in the title were registered as a brand(just pending) by a competitor recently. Then this seller reported to Amazon and our detail page was removed. The notification asked us to remove the brand name and we did. Amazon then told us the detail page would be reinstated once we made the change as required. However, we received new notifications that Amazon needed LOA from the seller even if we had removed the brand name from our title. No matter how we explained, Amazon just repeated the same notification. Such malicious registration can be found everywhere on Amazon. Why Amazon couldn't forgive victims like us wisely?

Hello @Seller_Oj7VgXLeIhLmq
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues you have encountered. I understand your listing was removed due to concerns of infringement on the product detail page, but you have made edits. I do want to get you support as I know this situation can be complex to navigate when there is minimal action that can be taken.
To better assist you, would you be able to provide more information regarding the ASIN or case that you have been working on? If you received a request for an authorization letter, then it is indicative that the listing may still be referencing the trademark in a way that requires documents. Did you remove all references to the trademark that our team has concerns with?
I will continue to monitor this thread for any additional questions or details that you are able to share with our team for review so that guidance can be provided.
Best,
Atlas
