Forced to Pay Inventory Placement Fees
I previously posted regarding an issue where it was not possible to print pallet labels when using the "No Inventory Placement Fee" option. This forced me to use the "Inventory Placement Fee" option that resulted in close to $10,000 in charges. I am unsuccessfully engaging with Seller Support to get refunded for the placement fees. Would a mod please assist? My case IDs are 16504198791 and 16532890511. The full details are below.

I initially attempted to ship my inventory using the "no inventory placement fee” option. However, due to a glitch in the Send to Amazon workflow, I was unable to print the pallet labels and was therefore forced to use the option incurring FBA Inbound Placement Service Fees.
I was told by Seller Support leadership the issue was that I waited too long to print the pallet labels, and the inbound placement options expired. However, this was not correct. I attempted to recreate the shipment with the no inventory placement fee option and immediately attempted to print the pallet labels with no delay. But the issue persisted and the pallet labels would not print. I tried this using multiple workflows.
Seller Support was unable to resolve the problem and neither was the leadership team. Therefore, I was forced to create shipments using the inbound placement service fee option. The pallet label issue did not persist when selecting the inbound placement fee option. I subsequently created shipments that resulted in the $9992.94 in FBA Inbound Placement Service Fees. As you can see, I went to great lengths to avoid paying these fees. I followed Amazon guidelines, and the only way I could send my inventory in was to select the inventory placement fee option.
