My Amazon account has been deactivated due to Section 3
Hello,
My amazon account has been deactivated due to section 3. The email Amazon sent me says: "Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal".
I appealed for deactivation and sent the invoices they asked me for. The products were purchased directly from the brand's website and I proved it with the invoices. However, Amazon replied to me as follows:
"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. We cannot accept this invoice because it does not reflect enough inventory to cover your sales volume since the date on the invoice for the items listed below".
But the discrepancy arises because the refunds and cancellations are recorded but do not represent actual completed sales. According to Seller Central, there are a total of 17 orders for the ASIN in question, broken down as follows:
7 fulfilled sales (actual sales to customers), which coincides with the 7 products purchased directly from the brand and I proved it with the invoices I sent.
5 customer refunds (recorded but not completed sales)
5 cancellations (orders not fulfilled or shipped)
This breakdown highlights that refunds and cancellations are included in the system’s total but do not reflect actual completed sales.
The matter seems to arise from an inconsistency in how transactions for the ASIN have been recorded or calculated. This has led to a higher transaction count being recorded, but the actual sales align with the 7 units purchased directly from the official brand.
I have summited screenshot of the user account used to purchase the ASIN, screenshot of the orders placed on the brand website, shipment summary detailing the units of this ASIN sent to Amazon (which match the quantities purchased directly from the brand), the invoices, the bank statement showing payments made for these purchases, with dates matching the invoices provided, FedEx tracking information screenshots displaying the shipment and tracking details for the orders, Screenshots of the Shipment ID’s for the shipments sent to Amazon, which can be cross-referenced and verified in Amazon’s seller central, a letter that clarifies the difference in sales volume, Screenshots from the “Manage Order” section in Seller Central, where the information can be verified, and the actual sales, refunds, and cancellations can be reviewed, and a Detailed table information summarizing all orders related to the ASIN.
I really need help to reactive my account. I also requested a manual review of my multiple appeals by a human member of the Amazon team, but I continue to receive automated responses.
Can someone help me?
Thank you

"The products were purchased directly from the brand's website and I proved it with the invoices. "
And THAT is why you are in hot water here.
Their WEBSITE (unless you had to provide your tax exempt number and got a password for the wholesale side) is a RETAIL purchase.
You have a RECEIPT not an invoice and it is 99.99% likely that you do not have an LOA from the brand involved. Amazon is requiring proper invoices and/or an LOA in an increasing number of cases.
You probably have neither of those items.
What is the brand involved so I can check it against my toxic brands list?
"Can someone help me?"
Given the current rules for the new/improved Amazon, not likely.

If this was the public facing website, and you were not required to provide your business and tax license info and meet MOQ requirements, then it was a RETAIL purchase, and you have a RECEIPT, not an invoice.
