How do you reapply for a prior case ID for a brand registry application?
How do I reapply through a prior case ID?
My Brand qualification application was rejected because the photos were not good enough. I created new photos and would like to reapply, but
when I clicked on the reapply button that was located under the old case ID (16643873651), and reapplied, it was rejected because it applied under a new case ID.
Below is the rejection letter.

We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile if it is hung up in the gerbil tubes someplace!
