I do have an individual seller account at Amazon. As I am interested to start a dropshipping business, I am not being able to search and add products in my shop.

The process is to not do dropshipping at all. There are very precise and strict rules for Amazon. 95% of the sellers trying that on Amazon will get their account suspended. Go in your seller central, click "Seller University" and look what you find about dropshipping.
Also, type "dropshipping" here in the searchbar and read some threads.
