Account deactivated due to multiple account section 3
Hi Amazon,
I hope you are doing good, Our Amazon seller account has been deactivated due to multiple ac section 3, although we absolutely don't know the linked company/account in question, neither we have any other seller account or ever had one.
Please help us fix it. Company owner tried to make call 3 times but it gets disconnected after 5 minutes or so.

I understand your account has been deactivated due to being linked with another account which is also deactivated.
Per Amazon's Seller code of conduct and multiple accounts policy, all sellers are expected to only maintain one selling account unless there is a legitimate business need. Such needs include being recruited for an Amazon program which requires the creation of a new account for participation, or a seller has multiple brands or different products they want to sell. Even when permitted, all of those accounts must remain in good, active standing at all times; if one account becomes deactivated, all subsequent accounts will also become deactivated and remain so until the account causing the deactivation is reactivated.
This also includes when sellers participate in global selling. This means all marketplaces must also remain in good standing at all times.
This can also occur anytime personal information is shared between multiple accounts. Such information can include business address, phone number, financial details, and more.
Please consider the following questions:
- Have you ever worked with a third party?
- Have you allowed anyone else to log into your selling account?
- Do you have any friends, family members, coworkers, or employees who also have a selling account?
- Is there any information present on your selling account which you are unable to identify as your own?
I do suggest looking over your account information to ensure everything is recognizable to you. You have the option of submitting a notarized affidavit stating you have never owned or operated another selling account.
If you end up recognizing the account and it is yours, you must reactivate the other account prior to your current account being reactivated.
If you recognize the account but are not longer associated to it, please ensure no details are being shared between the accounts and provide a detailed explanation of the association and any documents to show the relationship, its start, and its end.

Hi Stevie, I was so tensed because of this that I couldn't even focus on the whole advice you posted, when I read it again, I saw it thankfully.
Should I look into account information on the main account wwwDOTamazonDotcom (USA) only, I request to deactivate all others, we were automatically enrolled in selling in mexico, brazil, canada and i think this will bring some kind of trouble to us in the future, so please remove those market places from our Account.
If you may suggest that I should also check into those too, may you please suggest what account information should I check in USA, Brazil, Canada, Mexico accounts ?
Lastly I request to know what should be precisely included in the notarized affidavit to make it acceptable for Amazon, if you may please share those specifics (I apologize for asking too much).
Finally, how should I prepare this appeal document that will be acceptable to Amazon.
May you please share guidance on that, I really appreciate your kind help, time and to be honest you have always helped us in the past with reimbursements and all that, you are doing really amazing work and I won't definitely want to burden you with anything but situation has compulsed me here.

In order to understand a little more and guide you in your appeal requirements, could you explain how this supplier ( Lup**a LLC ) is related to the Allevia Store account?
Why did you decide to put the Lup**a LLC address in your Amazon account?
1. This supplier (Lup**a LLC) sells a specific product (B00***LR7M), is its manufacturer, supplier (as we found out during our product research) so we asked him through email that if he knows anything about Allevia Store/Allevia LLC as our account got deactivated due to this store, he stated that yes (through email), he sold to this store, if you may require, I can add screen shot of the email, provide you his contact details, email address to satisfy.
2. We put the Lup**a LLC address because we wanted to do business but his price was not good enough (less than dollar margin), with returns, refunds we can't afford to buy this product in that price and so after insisting for bulk discount when we couldn't get it, we left the deal and never made a purchase (screen shots of this can also be provided) and if you may want an email access to our inbox, we can also do that so that you may check it to satisfy yourself.
We never thought, imagined that leaving an address in our seller central would cause this much issue or else we would have deleted it right away.
Yes we are still experincing this error message.
The North America Marketplace Includes US, Canada an Mexico. We cannot close a specific region as they are unify, but you have the total control of what is offer on each region. Refer to North America Unified Account for additional information.

If you are not interested in selling in other stores that are part of the North American marketplace, I recommend that you exclude all products from regions that you are not interested in selling, and put your account on vacation mode.

It is not yet clear to me why you entered your address in your account if you never purchased from that supplier. In order to give you an exact guide to the documents required in your appeal, please explain in detail how this connection was made and how this supplier is related to the Allevia Store account.
I am waiting for your response so that I can guide you in the appeal to reactivate your account.
I apologize if adding address is something we should avoid if we don't intend to buy anything from a given supplier, from now on and in the future we will set it as our SOP.
We didn't purchase as explained earlier because there were no margins in that price, he was asking for credit card charges in that price too 3.58% which left us with no other option but give up on that deal altogether.
If you may request to provide you with screenshots of this whole dealing we had with this supplier, I can provide that here, In fact let me do it right a away.

Thank you for the additional information provided regarding the communication and details with the supplier you almost utilized. When putting together your appeal for this situation, you are going to need to be able to verify that you have identified all of the information associated and have the sufficient details to explain them.
Just to confirm, the address was the only piece of information shared between you and the supplier? If there was any other details shared and they are not identified in the appeal, your submission will be rejected. You will want to be clear that there was an association as you were utilizing the same supplier as the other account and that you had added details of the suppler into your account.

I have blurred personal data from screenshot, the address contains owner/supplier name, company name and all that.
We have removed this link from 'choose ship-from address' but can't access to 'account info' where I believe I saw the same address and thus wanted to remove from there too.

Dear @Atlas_Amazonbesides everything else, our company owner is also going to provide notoraized affidavit that will objectively prove that he doesn't owns second account, never owned one, doesn't own Allevia store, doesn't own Allevia LLC, never worked with Allevia Store/Allevia LLC in any capacity, situation ever. Neither knows anything about Allevia Store/Allevia LLC besides its name.
The company owner will also make call to Account Health Specialist to discuss this whole thing, to do, provide things as desired by Amazon.
Hope all of this will help in strengthening our case, our appeal further and thus will result in account activation.

Stevie, I hope you are doing good, our company owner has submitted a notarized affidavit as you have kindly suggested along with all other documents and POA.
Amazon rejected our fourth appeal stating that POA doesn't have the root cause, Account Health Specialist Zaki has asked us to submit an explanation of the whole situation along with ID documents.
We don't know what to add in that explanation to satisfy Amazon, we have already provided what we could along with a Notarized Affidavit that proves our claims objectively yet Amazon is not accepting it, may you please help us in understanding why is it so, please?
I can understand that the root cause that we identified in our fourth appeal may not be it but this is the only evidence we could find of a possible link with this account and we can't find anything else.
We exhausted everything and can't seem to find any other link please.
And since Account Health Specialist Zaki has asked us to explain the whole thing, should we just explain everything we have done so far to find the link and that will help us in getting activated, please help us in this matter, please.
