Amazon Promo Rebate
Can someone help me understand what an Amazon Promo Rebate is and why do I have to pay for it sometimes, not all the time? I looked at someone else's discussion they posted and it references shipping, but when I look at mine it does not mention shipping. Any other reason why I'm being deducted for this extra cost?

This page summarizes payment information which shows your current total balance, available funds, and recent payouts across all account types.
