Change account type from Individual to Business (Tax Interview)

Hello,

When I first signed up , I used my name to register and did the tax interview with my name but now I have incorporated an LLC , looking to change to business. So first thing, do I enter in interview questionnaire, full name - as my Personal name or my incorporated Business name ?? I am a single member LLC, so would I fall under disregarded entity ? (because as per IRS, single member LLC's are disregarded LLCs but I am really not sure about this part and how it applies to Amazon seller central) what do I enter in DBA ? Do I enter my company's EIN or my personal tax information ? it also says under dropdown the following "If you are a single-member LLC, enter the owner's SSN or EIN. Do not enter the disregarded entity's EIN." , so do I enter my EIN ? or my personal tax info ? entering EIN makes sense as I have one but not sure which option is the right one here, can someone please help ??? If for all I use my name and my own tax information, then nothing need be changed so how do I do business as my company?? can someone guide please.

Also where do I change address and name to my company's name and address ?
