Product is in category A. Amazon says "you are not allowed to sell Category B" Has anyone faced this issue?
Product went out of stock. It was listed since 2022. Category Herbal Supplements.
Product was put back in stock by us. Product was put back in listing as FBM. No changes to the description or other attributes were made. Made in non-zero inventory and shipping by FBM. Category is still Herbal Supplements.
Search suppressed. Because "product description is missing."
Ok let me edit the product description. It does not let me edit because "You are not allowed to sell in the Category Collectible". When the product is not in the Category Collectible.
Amazon seller support - keep repeating "you cannot sell collectibles"

So the Collectible Category is a little different than other categories because it is both a Condition and a standard Category. However I don't know why this would apply to your product. If you provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID and I will review to see if there is a mistake being made and what options might exist. Thank you for your understanding.
