USPS Ground Advantage to Hawaii / Alaska - ship time longer than 14 day maximum
we used to ship to Hawaii via Parcel Post for over 1lb and average delivery time was less than a week.
now Parcel is gone, and replaced with USPS Ground Advantage which is same price as the old service, but at First Class delivery times.
we have 4 over 1lb packages which have been in transit all for over 3 weeks.... and not yet delivered. 2 out of 4 have been awarded AZ claims already...
problem is maximum shipping time allowed by Amazon for Hawaii / Alaska is 14 days
cost to ship Priority is double - and Ground Advantage is already expensive enough 🤦♂️
if Amazon doesnt see sense in extending the maximum shipping time then our only option is to cancel Hawaii as a shipping option.
unless anyone found a work around that is better than "stop shipping to Hawaii"?
