Credit card cvv issue

Hi,

Recently, my UAE marketplace account has been deactivated, and I need to add my credit card details in the charge method for Amazon to verify my account. However, the problem arises when I try to add credit card details in the UAE marketplace under the charge method – it doesn't provide an option to enter the CVV code. Consequently, the transaction is being declined by my bank.

On the other hand, when I attempt to add a credit card in the USA marketplace account under the charge method, it does provide an option to enter the CVV code, and the transaction proceeds smoothly, being accepted by my bank.

Can anyone help me understand why there is no CVV option in the UAE marketplace seller central account? Without it, my credit card won't be accepted, and I won't be able to reactivate my account.
