Also as confirmed by the seller support assistant, our product also should be reinstated based on that review. Please help reinstate the listing ASAP. Our product has the UN38.3 certificate, MSDS report and UL report. And the battery meets all the Amazon selling requirements

1.Battery Type and Integration: This product uses a lithium polymer battery, model number 500940. The battery is fully integrated inside the device and is not removable by the end user. It is permanently fixed to the internal circuit board through welding and cannot be detached, sold, or used separately. This setup complies with Amazon’s policy which restricts the listing or sale of standalone or removable lithium batteries.

2.Battery Capacity and Classification: The battery has a nominal voltage of 3.7V and a rated capacity of 230mAh. This is a low-capacity battery, commonly found in small electronics such as ear cameras and wearables. The energy rating is well below thresholds defined for dangerous goods classification, and the product does not fall under Amazon’s restricted battery categories.

3.Battery Safety Certifications: The battery is supported by comprehensive safety documentation. It has passed the UN38.3 testing protocol, which verifies its safety during air and ground transportation. In addition, the battery has a valid MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) covering chemical composition, usage, storage, and disposal. 4.Product Labeling and Content Compliance: There are no markings or keywords such as “lithium battery,” “Li-ion,” or “rechargeable lithium” on the product packaging, user manual, or online product listing. According to Amazon’s published Product Safety Listing Restrictions, the 500940 lithium polymer battery used in this product is not listed as prohibited or restricted. The battery is safely housed within the device, and the product is sold as a complete unit—not as a battery or power source and meets all applicable Amazon policies regarding battery safety, labeling, and listing.
