downgrade business to Individual account

I have followed the instructions 5 times previously, to fill out a SAS Contact Us form to contact my account manager.

SAS Contact Us

NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME - PLEASE HELP - [Moderator Edit: removed personal information] I have not sold anything since September and I NEED to switch from a BUSINESS account to an INDIVIDUAL account.

I don't understand why they can't just get me a phone# or email to my account manager - this matter is URGENT

Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Seller support cannot downgrade your account, YOU have to do this. Downgrade from professional (NOT "BUSINESS") selling plan to individual selling plan. Write these keywords in the search bar in seller central and a help page will show up and explain.
