Account Deactivated Due to Inactivity(Need Assistance)
Hi everyone just received an email from amazon saying my account needs to be reactivated again due to inactivity(Which is strange since I was just on the site and added some more items a week ago) so I went on the site and added a new credit card and removed the old one..but still when I log into my account it tells me I need to activate the account and when I click on the link to put in my ID, Government paperwork, etc..it still tells me I need to activate the account and wont allow me to continue so not sure what to do. I wanted to message amazon but it wont let me saying i need to activate the account so not sure what I have to do

I understand that you are experiencing a concern whereby your account is inactive even after following the path provided for reactivation. A few sellers have also posted similar discussions.
