I don't know what happened, the product was removed from the shelves and cannot be sold. Our product is not a lithium battery, not an Alkaline battery, and not a Ni-MH battery. We have passed the Amazon Dangerous Goods Program and submitted an SDS.
I have submitted 3 appeals for this case, but each time the response is "This product causes a safety risk. Therefore, it is prohibited from sale and listing on Amazon. At this time, we will not be reviewing any documents for this product."
Amazon.com Seller Support rejected the case without reviewing any documents. So what is the point of opening this case?
Please help us solve this problem.
