Negative Receipts in inventory ledger

Could you please take a look at this issue?
The shipment with ID FBA184Q3LS56 was confirmed by Amazon as delivered and received at the FC FTW3 in full on June 28. However, these items are still missing from our inventory. In the inventory ledger, they were first recorded as received with "1" in the warehouse, but the next day this was changed to a receipt of "-1." It appears the products have been lost in the FC. I have already made several claims, but the response is always the same: "We have no record of receiving the items."

Dominic from Amazon here! Even though an item is being shown as received in the inventory ledger this does not necessarily mean the item has been fully unpacked and all the units accounted for. If a box is intending to be transferred to another FC we will scan that box and send it through the system without unpacking it. When the item is received at its final destination FC that is when the units are unpacked and Sellers can reconcile their shipment.
