Best Deal Black friday badge not visible on products

I have a best deal running on some of my products for black friday week. The deal shows as running in Seller Central and on the product detail page the pricing is adjusted. However, there is no sale or black friday badge on the product detail page, so customers can't see that it's on sale. I tried reaching out to Amazon with no success.

The deal fee is $1000 for a service that I'm not even getting, and if I cancel it I still get charged....

Anyone had the same issue that and it got resolved?
