Evidence for FIFRA Exemption - what counts?

We manufacture several pesticides and pesticide devices that legitimately qualify for exemption from FIFRA registration and are fully EPA Compliant.

Once or twice a year, the pesticide bots flag these ASINs as violating the Restricted Products policy. In the appeal process, they demand "proof" that the item qualifies for an exemption. There is no documentation or certification the EPA provides for exempt products. Has anyone found an appropriate form of documentation that addresses this scenario?

Hi there @Seller_tjI2EZ2b1d5Ml,

In general my recommendation would be to indicate which exemption your product qualifies for and ensure that your detail page and product images are aligned with that expectation. Do you have an example case that you are still having a problem with that I might review and escalate? I'd like to see what might be missing or what is being indicated is the problem. Thank you for your understanding.
