Seeds? Live Plants? Listings Getting Flagged, Subject for Removal: Barbie Dolls & Stickers Flagged as "SEEDS/ LIVE PLANTS" (Advice please?)
Is anyone else going through this insanity???
Products/ Listings that are clearly NOT seeds or plants are being flagged as such including:
- 3 Seperate Barbie (doll) listings with the word "Barbie" in the titles
- 1 Listing of Scrapbooking Rhinestone Stickers
Now let me not forget to mention that all 4 got flagged in less than 30 minutes and are clearly not stickers. I submitted a dispute for all 4 of my listings that are marked as subject for removal on July 1st, 2024 (Today is June 29, 2024).
Please note that after I submitted it, I got an auto reply that my appeal will receive a reply within 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS. I keep trying to call account health support team but offcourse, for the first time ever...in the middle of the night the hold time is greater than 45 minutes and I have already waited 10...but still ...this feels like another seller who I must be in competition with or something reporting my listings.
Any advice?

We just woke up to 30+ violations by this new horrible plant and seed bot.
AND GROWING by the hour!!
Items like deodorants, sunscreens, toothpaste, disposable razors, etc.
Yes Crest toothpaste has been identified as a LIVE plant.
Another day wasting time making cases over another poorly written bot.

I got a few violations myself. None of them fall under that category either. I submitted an appeal basically explaining that the category my product was under was correct and used images from the manufacture's website showing it wasn't a SEED/PLANT product. Hoping that'll work but I have a feeling since a lot of users are experiencing this glitch Amazon will correct it

I got hit with a whack as well. And they only give 2 days to resolve. Just silly.
Amazon should really look at the history of the listing. If a listing has been active for years with no problems, it is a lousy business plan to slap a compliance requirement that will shut it down in 2 days.

yeah same here. Just woke up and wonder why I have next to zero sales and noticed lots of my listings got suppressed overnight out of no where. There are over 300+ violations for things flagged as live plants when they are clearly not. What's going on? Will this get addressed by Amazon or do we have to appeal everything?

I sell clthes for 10 years on Amazon. Im getting hit with live seed plant ciolations.
This is why expanding your amazon business is risky. they can kill your business at any time and the best resolution you have is to email and prayer.

I am at about 50 items now. Received these emails all through the night and this morning. all due July 1st. Nothing I sell is a plant or seed. Amazon needs to fix this and undo every violation sent until they fix this mess!

I just spoke with a rep and they said it is a known technical error and it being resolved and I should wait for the violations to be removed by Amazon. I had them call with a 45 min wait. I suggest call as well as I am not sure if they fix it without bringing it to their attention.
