Seller Central account is in inactive state
My Seller Central account is in an inactive state. I can't even access the Seller Central Help section. Reactivating the account requires adding new credit card details. I want to know the reason for the inactive state of my account. Can you guys help me? I want to know the reason and I'm wondering why I can't even access the "Help" feature.

Thank you. When reactivating the account they required to add new credit card details? Can't we submit the existing credit card details?
