Is Amazon support just a bunch of bots/AI?

I swear, most of the times when my Safe-T claims or case log support get answered/replied, the responses are so generic and so obviously a copy/paste from a script, that it seems the only 2 options that could be happening are:

1. a support rep is at their computer, copy/pasting things in response to whatever issue(s) is/are being brought up by the Amazon Seller (while basically not addressing the ACTUAL concerns the Seller has brought up; This leads to great frustrations by the seller, as the support rep is just seemingly not even reading the seller's complaint/request/etc)

2. an AI/bot automatically handles and responds to these requests

Anyone else ever get this feeling? I even see them here in the Seller Forums as responses in these threads; not always, but a lot of the time... Would it be too far of a stretch to assume that a vast majority of Amazon support is AI/bots, while the rest of them are actual human beings?

I think either a bot or a team comes in afterwards and possibly manipulates upvotes and downvotes as well (in Amazon's favor).

Most responses from Amazon I get sound TOO robotic to me… anyone else get that feeling?
