Incorrect FBA Dimensions For MONTHS Now

I have an FNSKU with incorrect dimensions, and I requested a manual re-measurement back in March which returned the correct values. However, these correct dimensions were not uploaded onto seller central. The incorrect dimensions still remain.

Every time I contact Amazon they say the internal tool shows the correct dimensions. However, after the internal team reviews, the case, they simply copy and paste the incorrect dimensions back and email me.

Each time I request a manual re-measurement, the team responds with the same incorrect dimensions. Exactly the same value, down to the hundredth decimal place.

Can a moderator please help me get a manual re-measurement done?

YOU have to modify measure and weight in your listing. Did you try this?

Hi @Bryce_Amazon

I just received a follow up regarding the case ID 17504110201. However, the team is claiming that I have "variable dimensions" for the FNSKU that I am trying to get re-measured.

Isn't the whole point of this case to re-measure this FNSKU so that the different dimension the internal team found was reported and corrected...? The case 17504110201 currently has been closed after they informed me of the varying dimensions found.

Could you please re-open and escalate this case on my behalf so that a higher team can review the details?

Thanks

The best part is when FBA replies to a re-measurement request, and claim that the dimensions are correct, and you know, they are lying through their teeth.

So, I just got a final verdict on case 17218127981 from the "internal team," stating that because the items in the fulfillment center have returned measurements that are "variable," they are unable to change the dimensions being used to calculate my FBA fees.

In other words, we're rounding UP as much as we can and using the LARGEST possible dimension and charging you that for every unit sold. We wish you continued success and thank you for selling in the Amazon store.
