subscribe and save coupon
hello, I've been trying to create a coupon for subscribe and save, however, on the coupon page, I only have the option to create standard-type coupons. is this because this feature is not available in the Australian marketplace? if that's the case, why can I see some sellers offer this feature to customers?

Subscribe & Save is not a coupon. Read the explanation here:

Yes, Amazon supports Subscribe and Save on the Australia store. If you are enrolled to sell on that store, you can search Seller Central help pages and compare the terms and conditions there to what Brigette provided you for the US store.
