I wanted to make sure you had these answers to questions about product reviews handy, as it does indicate that a review may have been left by a customer who purchased the item via other channels, which is an acceptable contribution to the reviewing community per Amazon policy. This means it is not possible to associate a specific review with an Order ID within your Seller Central account.

If you see reviews that you think violate our Community Guidelines, use the Report abuse link next to the review to report it.

Additionally, you may be interested in reviewing the Voice of Customer dashboard within your account to identify potential opportunities with items to improve the experience of your customers.
