Amazon lost my inbound inventory

Hello,

On Jul 26, 2023 we have sent a shipment of 2,109 units.

Amazon located only 491 units and all the other 1618 units were lost.

After providing the Invoices, Bill of Landing and all the evidences, Amazon started not to answer the cases and it is open already more than a year.

Please help me as it has a crucial impact on my business.
