Thanks for posting and I'll be happy to jump in here. As you're looking to sell a grocery / food item (tea falls into this category), there are quite a few restrictions and stipulations that come with it. To start, here are the seller requirements:
You must meet the following seller performance targets:
- Order defect rate: < 1%
- Pre-fulfillment cancel rate: < 2.5%
- Late shipment rate: < 4%
