A book with a soundboard on it. How can I NOT use KDP?
My books have a sound board. I cannot use Amazon KDP to sell my books because Amazon KDP does not make soundboards.
I'm trying to change the category of my books to Toys & Games -> Learning & Education -> Electronic Learning Toys -> Books.
If I do not change my books to this category, I cannot advertise my books.
2/4 books have had their category changed and I am advertising them successfully.
After many messages negating my category change request, 2/4 books have had cases pending for over a month with no change in category and no response from Seller Support.
Case ID 13485072031 and 13434970971
I have, in the past, received extremely malicious messages from Seller Support such as confirmation to close my account after requesting a Title change. I am concerned that these two cases are being ignored on purpose.
Any suggestions?

Hey there @Seller_vSOOwekJLU6c0- thanks for the detailed post here! I took a look through those cases and do apologize for the frustration. I did show that 13434970971 was escalated about 5 hours ago with a further update sent to you to that effect. I'll monitor and push on this case along with you, as it looks like a file upload was unsuccessful in changing the needed information.
