Project Zero - Really confused here
We received notification we qualified for Project Zero. Attempted to join the program, but keep being met with "you do not qualify" but no one can explain why.
- Have 100% acceptance rate in the last 6 months.
- Brand registered
- Rights Owner - we own one of the brands from manufacturing to retail and the rights to another brand on our registry.
Is this because our manufacturing is based in the UK? I am really confused as to why it keeps saying we qualify but we we go to the page it says "You are not eligible to access Project Zero Please make sure you have an acceptance rate of least 90% for reports of potential infringements through the Report a Violation tool in the last six months."
@Sandy_AmazonI saw you answered this on a locked thread can you explain further?

Hello @Seller_iobipI6xASRkh,
Dougal here and I can assist. When you say
How did this notification come? Was there a case ID or something similar referenced in the communication that I can reference?
I can't say for certain YET, but based on the eligibility requirements, no.
To be eligible for Project Zero:
A) Your brand must be enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry with a government-registered trademark.
B) You must:
- Be the rights owner of the trademark.
- Have an Amazon account with access to Brand Registry.
- Have submitted reports of potential infringements with an acceptance rate of at least 90% in the last six months.
Since you have 3 brands enrolled, is your question on enrollment to 1 specific brand or all 3?
If there is not a way for me to reference the notification, please open a case with Brand registry support inquiring about your ability to enroll after receiving a notification. This will generate a case ID and if you share that here, I can review/follow along.
Looking forward to assisting further.
Best, Dougal
