How to view customer's unanswered questions
I have previously been able to view all customer questions, answered and unanswered, by clicking through on the detail page. Amazon recently started using AI named "Rufus" to help answer customer questions but now I have no way to view the unanswered questions. I've never received emails with new questions.
The link I used previously is https://amazon.com/ask/questions/asin/[ASIN]/1/ref=ask_ql_psf_ql_hza?sort=SUBMIT_DATE which now shows a dog page. Is there away to bring this page back so I can answer customer questions on my products?

You can read through our help page on the Rufus interface, who will answer customer questions using their training on Amazon’s extensive product catalog, customer reviews, community Q&As, product detail pages and information from across the web to answer questions on a variety of shopping needs and products, provide comparisons, and more.
If you do encounter a situation where an answer is incorrect or unhelpful, the above page does provide a path for reporting this to Amazon for improvement, though I do thank you for sharing this feedback via a forums post!
