Regarding the issue where the SWATCH image section on the frontend displays the main image instead of the uploaded SWATCH image
Regarding the issue where, after uploading the SWATCH image for a product, the color selection section on the frontend still only displays the main image instead of the uploaded SWATCH image—has anyone else encountered this problem where only the main image is shown as the SWATCH image on the frontend?
After opening a case, Amazon's customer service responded by saying that for this product category, the system will fetch the main image to display as the SWATCH image on the frontend. However, isn’t this a system error in how images are being retrieved?
If it’s truly the case that products in this category are designed to use the main image as the SWATCH image by default, then why is this issue only occurring for some of our ASINs and not all of them?
This kind of confusing image display significantly affects the customer’s shopping experience and also negatively impacts our daily sales. We have tried multiple times to delete and re-upload the SWATCH image, but it does not resolve the issue—the frontend continues to display the main image as the SWATCH image.
We’re wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar situation, or if there might be any known solutions to this problem?
