Questions regarding Seller Identity Verification

can you please help me, why I received the following message in Seller Identity Verification case?
"The country of origin that you selected in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the country of origin in the documents that you provided."
I uploaded the requested documents, my passport, and bank statements too, but Amazon rejected few times.
cse ID: 15770938471
I used my passport as at my registration and latest bank statements.
Can you advise, what could the exact differences?
