Recurring System Error Message

We know there have been previous posts that mentioned receiving the "System Error - Please try again in 15 minutes" message when attempting to process a return, but none appeared to have a resolution. We have a current return request that requires a label, and since Monday when we've tried to process it we've been received this error message. The return request must be authorized within 48 hours, and we want the label processed properly (not automatically by Amazon). We've tried using different computers, browsers, clearing cookies, etc., and we keep getting the error message. Any suggestions, or can any mods help please?
