Feedback Removal
Buyer left a negative feedback that is not true. Amazon states that it does not fit the criteria for feedback removal. I had a 5 star rating for the 7 years I have been selling on Amazon. I believe the feedback should be removed. Buyer was given a refund. She purchased two separate items, returned both and now she is asking a refund for one of the items twice because she believes she wasn't given a refund! I should not be punished because she is confused. Thank you for your help.
