Effective from February 17, 2025, collapsible electric washing machines and collapsible electric kettles will need to be registered under the Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Regulations (CPSR) and affixed with the Safety Mark before they can be supplied in Singapore. These products shall comply with the same safety standards required for registration of their conventional, non-collapsible counterparts.
