Safety Compliance for a product
My product on Amazon US station was removed due to internal safety and compliance review.
I have attached all test report and other images to prove that my product complies with the USA compliance standard.
But Amazon review team always replies that although the laboratory is CPSC-accepted, it is not approved to test for the standard ASTM F406-19 and ASTM F2933-21.
We can promise that the lab is qualified to do standard ASTM F406-19 and ASTM F2933-21. It can be verified in the CPSC website which shows the testing scope of every laboratory.
What should i do?
Could anyone help me?

Hello @Seller_kI4PpfX12PR2v- I appreciate you looking to forums for some guidance on this! I would recommend reading through this page which covers all things compliance documentation, including additional context on document requirements for certain types of laboratories including those labeled as an ISO 17025 lab. I'll also share this page which focuses on the CPSC document, and includes a link to our Service Provider Network in case a new lab does become necessary!
