The FBA inventory of the product has been given an Unfulfillable status.

Hello.

My product was received at the Amazon warehouse, successfully inspected, and marked as sellable. It has been selling well, with only a few returns. On January 30th, the inventory of 23 units suddenly switched to an unfulfillable status, (Unfulfillable Reason: Defective) without any visible grounds. This clearly reflects in the Inventory Ledger report. And It's definitely NOT customer returns. Defective ones just increase as inbound ones proceed.

I've been receiving template responses from the support team. They couldn't provide a reason for the unexpected change in status for a previously faultless product. My request for a bin check was denied. I attempted to escalate the issue, but to no avail. This assistance is futile and meaningless. They simply aren't doing their job!

I have to ask for help from the Amazon employees on the forum.

Hey @Topher_Amazon! I remember you've helped me before.

Thank you,

Dmitry.

Greetings Dmitry,

Thank you for taking the time to create this thread, and apologies for any frustration this has caused you. I reviewed the case details you provided, and can confirm what Seller Support has stated. Bin checks cannot be completed on Unfulfillable units, you will need to complete the Removal order to receive the inventory and inspect the units. This is something that pops up in the forums on occasion, and personally inspecting the inventory is the best path forward. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I wish you the best of luck.
