Does anyone know if Amazon will for sure suspend your account if your ODTR is below 90% after 9/23/2024, any insight will be appreciated.

we are in the same boat - and treating this like they might. I have extended all handling and shipping to as long as possible and we are shipping everything priority mail. The US Post Office first class mail used to be faster then it was changed to "advantage" and it got slower.

After September 25, our team will be requiring that the OTDR remain above the target of 90%. If the metric falls off target, they may request information regarding your plan to ensure that the OTDR does not remain a continued issue. This would include the specific steps that you would be taking to increase the metric.
If the metric remains off target and does not improve, then they may take additional action against the account by suspending the ability to do seller-fulfilled orders. This would mean that you could only proceed on the platform with the Fulfillment by Amazon service. We recommend reviewing the details associated with the metric on this page here.
